Refunds/Returns

A full refund will be rewarded for your purchase from shoplucca.com once approval has been granted for your return.  Approval will be based on the following criteria:

- Items must be returned to Lucca in exact condition as received by customer.

- Items must have original tags attached.

- Items should not be worn or washed.

- Items must be postmarked within 2 weeks (14 days) of the purchase date.

 

Any items returned that do not meet the above criteria will be mailed back without a refund. 

All sale items are final.
